Warranty
All components and accessories of the IS-IBC1® system (hereafter referred to as Equipment) provided by D. R. Joseph, Inc. (hereafter referred to as DRJ) are covered by a 12 month parts and phone support warranty (hereafter referred to as Warranty).
Warranty Period
The Warranty Period begins on the date of shipment from DRJ to the original buyer of Equipment. Warranty ends 12 months after powering any component of Equipment or 18 months after the date of shipment whichever comes first. All parties, starting with the original buyer and ending with the customer in possession of Equipment agrees to this definition of the warranty period.
What is Covered
The Warranty covers the replacement of any component within the Equipment that fails due to workmanship. At the sole discretion of DRJ, failed equipment may be either repaired or replaced. Replaced equipment may be either new or refurbished. Refurbished equipment is warranted to operate as new. The IS-IBC1® system portion of Equipment is provided with onboard system diagnostics and remote access interface (via integrated switch). During the Warranty, diagnostic phone support is available from DRJ during normal business hours at no charge. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 CST. Diagnostic support outside normal business hours, but during Warranty, must be arranged on an appointment basis. After Warranty ends, an extended phone support plan (PASS Connect) may be purchased either on a prepaid hour or annual service contract basis. Contact DRJ for details on extending the phone support portion of the Warranty. DRJ provides all phone support in English.
What is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover any component that did not originally come with the equipment supplied by DRJ. Warranty does not cover onsite service (labor, room and board, travel) expenses. All onsite service work performed on the IS-IBC1® system should be purchased through DRJ or a certified DRJ service representative. Work performed by a non-certified service representative may void Warranty.
Neither Warranty nor this proposal (written or verbal) cover any financial recovery (beyond return of Equipment and refund of customer paid monies less costs to refurbish Equipment to a saleable condition) by any party, starting with the original buyer and ending with the customer in possession of the equipment, from DRJ, its owners, officers, employees, or trade partners from production losses (projected, actual or otherwise) incurred by the customer because of any and all possible causes of delay or malfunction, including but not limited to transportation, natural disaster, acts of war, installation, personnel, functional, and replacement parts availability.
