Blown Film Extrusion Lab Line Rental
The DRJ Blown Film Lab is a versatile R&D environment available for rent, which houses a 3-layer and mono-layer blown film line, accompanied by a variety of state of the art quality assurance equipment. D.R. Joseph offers the lab space, blown film lines and QC equipment for rent to customers for R&D purposes, such as testing new polymer blends, film properties or producing film samples. Below you can find information on the blown film lines and their capabilities.
A technician is available to perform quality assurance tests with the available equipment, and produce the respective QC data reports. While reliable and repeatable QC data can be furnished with testing, please note that DRJ labs is not currently an accredited lab, and testing / results are supplied on an as-is basis.
