We currently have an opening for a sales / service support assistant. You will be communicating directly with customer via phone, email, fax and company web site to help them access our sales and service departments. The purpose of these contacts is primarily sales of company products and services and technical support coordination. We have a global customer base so excellent listening skills are required to handle a variety of spoken English accents. Written and verbal fluency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus. This is a multitasking position that entails multiple work locations so physical mobility is a requirement. Full familiarity with Microsoft Office products, typing capability (no less than 60 wpm) and a pleasant, easy to understand phone voice are also required. This position has the opportunity to develop into either a sales or service focused position depending on your skill set. There is no travel requirements with this position, but may be required later if a full transition to sales occurs. Hours of operation are 8:15am to 5:00pm M-F with a alternating lunch schedule. Health care, 401K and other benefits are provided.
